At Magnus VA, we are committed to providing high-quality training and support to Virtual Assistants (VAs) and personal trainers. Our fulfillment policy outlines the timelines, processes, and expectations regarding the delivery of our services.

1. Service Delivery

  • Upon successful enrollment in our VA training program, participants will receive immediate access to course materials via our online platform.
  • For custom training programs or private coaching, access details will be provided within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • If you are hiring a VA through our service, we will match you with a trained VA within 10 business days after completing the qualification process and initial investment.

2. Access to Digital Products

  • All digital products, including training modules, scripts, and templates, are delivered electronically and are accessible through our secure online portal.
  • Access credentials are sent to the email provided during purchase within 24 hours of payment verification.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital training, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided once access to the course has been granted.
  • In the first 2 months after purchasing our VA hiring service, if your VA is not meeting expectations despite receiving the necessary tools and constructive feedback, we offer a one-time replacement VA.

4. Support & Assistance

  • We offer email and chat support through Facebook Messenger Monday – Friday during office hours.
  • Response times are typically no more than 24 hours, but may vary during peak periods.

5. Changes to the Fulfillment Policy

  • We reserve the right to update this policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on our website with the last updated date.
